I wonder if these guys are ever going to refund me since I closed my Credit Card account with them.

1. Close my Credit Card account
2. Refund the amount in excess of the fully paid Credit Card.
How difficult can that be? In your last interaction you said you were looking into it. Since 13 August you cannot deal with one simple request.
