Bad service

I sent money from my tymebank account to my other number and I wasn't aware that my other number was registered on tymebank and I called customer service and they are telling me that they can only process/ reverse it back to my account on Monday. What if the person who has that account withdraw it? They should have called the owners account and ask them to send it back to my account. I'm really not happy with the service and will never recommend it to anyone 😕
