Bad service

I had a savings account with them for about 2 years. Had no issues till December 2020 when they had a system issue that duplicated deposits in my account. The error was sorted out but my account is still on hold. I tried to unblock it so that I could start saving for 2021 but no luck...their customer care is not very helpful. Luckily I had already transferred my savings for the year when all this occurred. Unblocking the account was such a struggle I even gave up. And this was an error on their side.
