Bad service

So I've been saving my tips to buy my son sneakers and on the day to for withdrawal I couldn't withdraw or even Send the money cos my account has been put on hold I don't know why, so I called the customer care and they told me that I will be able to use my account within 48hrs n it's been way past that n now I'm calling again and I can't get hold of them, I'm so angry
