Bad service

I can't access my funds that my late father left for me when i call them am being transferred post to post yet no help when i tell them I don't have airtime they say is not their problem but I have to keep calling them am reporting this service because it looks like they are uneducated people or people who don't know their job , and my family went hungry on the 25december because of this fund block
