BAD SERVICE

I called tymebank call center change deduction date for December I'm being told they can't change it because it's their contract....what about the client that will have bank charges because of an unpaid debit order......Tymebank bucks how do you determine a deduction date for the people not everyone will have money on your date which is the 13 December
