You are the worst bank ever to exist in South Africa your ***** division is nonsense i last sent you documents to resolve my case all you ever do is sending me information on FICA when i get to a branch the ladies standing in those stores get so confused they call and still no. Solid feedback this case is from April which included my brother account which his account is fine but my account is still blocked i will take this up with the Ombuds as all documents are in your system and dont call me and ask information i already provided someone kept saying they will call me even today your case is not resolved just irritating FICA messages how do i FICA a not working account because ppl at your tyme bank stores are useless they dont know much about they functions in these booths of branches u put up
