Bad service

Debit hold and Tymebank that isnt helpfull Don't even know why I should give a star. Yesterday when I needed to make an urgent payment my card didn't even want to add to the payment option , so i called and ask for someone to call me back today cause i don't have airtime the lady said no she doesn't want to call me back, I called again and find out that there is a debit hold on my account that i wasn't even informed about i have bills to pay and no one could have help me or informed me on why there is a debit hold on my account up till now I never had issues with tymebank But this is low .I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with them , Tymebank you can transfer my money to a different bank i will give another account , I need my account to be opened i have bills to pay today, I called i wasted my airtime again for no one to help me , yesterday there were a different story why there is a debit hold and today there is 10 different stories, i ask to speak to someone in management but no they didn't want me to speak to someone in charge.No one can call me back when I ask for a call back due to i don't have airtime and cant buy because my account is blocked,no one wants to help me. I wasn't even informed about this the reason why there is a debit hold.I please need help urgently to open my account
