Bad service

I was buying at McDonald's and my card declined and they sent me message that it's not me it's them I have to call them for my card to be unblocked.when I got to PnP they called in for me only to find out they question my transactions and they don't consult me when blocking and to unblock it's a mission because they said they will call me back,spoke to Vatiswa if Im correct.Im very angry and disappointed I looked stupid in front of my son on his birthday and can't even buy him his birthday present because of I'm going to close this account after this,I have money but can't use it
