BAD SERVICE

Tymebank is the most useless bank ever! I made 10 days notice on my fixed savings account 14days ago and to date my money's is not in the bank. The money was for my son's birthday this coming Saturday, I haven't stated any preparations and time is ticking. I am so mad and disappointed!!!
