BAD IDEA OPENING A TYNE BANK ACCOUNT
My account was supposedly on hold since yesterday, I have money in my account that I cannot use! The reason it’s in hold smuts because there was a double credit done to my account, now because those people that I owed the money to took their money why is my account still on hold? I need money I can’t access it and I’m told to wait 48hrs? A **** bank I tell u for any one thinking of opening an account here do t even think about it, the customer service is soo poor they don’t know how to treat their clients! Absolutely insane!!!

14 Jan 2022, 15:57Tyme bank has still not lifted the hold on my account even after I escalated the matter with their useless consultants who don’t know what they are doing there!
It’s been a good 4days and my account is still on hold even after they deducted the money that was credited twice on my account!
