Bad experience

The level of incompetence from this bank and the call center is bad, three days ago I did a money transfer from Tymebank to another bank, till to this day it has not appeared on the my account, my money just disappeared without a trance plus call centre is giving me different stories each day about this issue, wasted lots of airtime and energy on this.
