Bad customer service !

The worst customer service I’ve come across , my account has been on hold since January, I’ve called multiple times even asked to speak to the manager who by the way was a guy and spoke to me like u was a ***** , it’s been 2 months and change I haven’t heard from them , they don’t follow up with their clients ! They say it takes 7-14 business days but it’s been 3 months now !
