bad customer service

I'm beyond disappointed at tyme bank , I went to Pick n pay Sandton yesterday to open an account but I couldn't there was an error message saying they cannot verify my identity then I decided to go today only to get the same error message the embassaders there tried their best to help they even called the call center but whoever picked the call whenever the guys in PnP tell them the problem they drop the call my question is if they drop the call while there is no money involved what are they going to do if I want to query about my money
