Bad Customer service

really disappointed it's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund, I keep sending follow up mails and no response or even yet my money in my account. it's really frustrating because they quick to say they going to close your call but no response from any of their departments!!!! very unprofessional!!!
