Bad customer service at Tymebank

Tymebank has the most bad customer service ever. They don't respond to your queries. Phones just ring and nobody answers, and if they do, the line is so bad you cannot make out what they're saying. The banking app has been offline for a week and the same with their website. Worst bank and would not recommend it to anyone.
