Bad customer service
I am absolutely not happy with TymeBank call center agents. I can never get through to anybody that can assist me and when I do speak to someone, they can't even help me with my query. I think it's absolutely pathetic that there agents can't help you with your query.

10 Sept 2024, 13:06Omg. 2 business working days to get a reply from your customer service agents, I think that is pathetic. I have called the call center multiple times but never seem to get through to someone that is competant enough to help me.

10 Sept 2024, 13:22Once again I called the contact center and I am now on hold for more than 20 minutes. Omg I could just scream out of frustration. I would not recommend any body to be dealing with TymeBank customer call center, they have the worst customer service ever
