bad customer service

The customer service at the company sucks, the agents hang up on me in addition i called with my account challenges on my credit care that they deducted a monthly premium but say payment was not received. i called and wated for 25 minutes on hold only to be hang up by the agent. till now my matter is not resolved payment was effective on my account
