Bad customer care service.

Its bad. I was testing the waters, after opening the accont i transferred +R50k from my capitec bank to Tyme bank account and my account was blocked. So they asked me to send proof of transaction to ***** operation department to unblock account which i did. Till date my account is still blocked.
