BAD BANKING SERVICE

It’s been months; since February since this bank decided to block my account for no absolute reason. Can’t transact or anything my account is on hold and I don’t know why. It’s crazy because I don’t know what I did but this is not ON. The banking with them is convenient but as to why they can’t remove the hold in my account? Baffles me too

Can’t even go to the branch to lay a complaint because they have no branch. It’s annoying and very much inconvenient and it’s an act of selfishness from their side to block and hold my account for no reason.
