Bad banking facility

Tyme bank is official one of the worst service providers in my opinion. Last week we had endless problems purchasing electricity, today when purchasing electricity Tyme bank sends me a used token number. If anyone uses this bank facility on a full time basis then you have my sympathy. Whats wors is that this is not the first time nonsese like this occures.
