Bad Bank!!

Honestly I donot understand what tymebank wants! My account was blocked and I am using it they said I must make an affidavit explaining step by step who I recieved and sent money to which I did but it still hasn't been open the agents keep saying my information is not enough I don't understand what they want from me now! it has been months and my money is stuck in there. Please assist! Its been 4months now I'm tired
