Bad bad bad service!!!!!!!

R3000 was deposited on my account at the till point at pick n pay but never reflect in my account I Called tyme bank countess even today I called in which this happened on the 28/09/2019 I was told to email till slip to get her with my case number but it been 4working day but still nothing this is no good.guys your service is bad
