Bad bad bad Experience

i had the worst experience, transferred money to using a wrong option, they said they’ll resolve my issue and took my money charging me and saying they’ll resolve the case. They didn’t, the only thing said to me was that it was unsuccessful and the money was withdrawn by someone else. Bad bad bad experience
