Bad attitude from Thulisile

An online transaction was done on my account on the 23rd of November which showed that a transaction of Uber went off my account and i called the *****s department which then they put a temporary hold on my account and said i will get feedback after 5 working days to no feedback i contacted them and i was assisted by a lady called Thulisile she has a very bad attitude and even hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions and even raised her voice.. This really needs to be addressed she gave a very bad reputation for #Tymebank
