Back to square 1!!!

The second time on this platform... I'm not getting through to time bank on 2 occasions now, this is excluding the emails I have send for feedback .. I need an update on a ***** account opened in my name...the account has been referred for closure but no call/email communication stating the account is close! come on now! please settle this dispute . It a month now of back & forth!
