Avoid at all cost!

1 star is incredibly generous for this sham. My very first transaction involved sending mobile money to a friend. He received a text with the voucher but upon trying to redeem it at a Pick n Pay store, was told it was invalid. I then resent the amount and this second transaction worked. Both amounts were deducted from my balance. Getting a refund for the first amount has been the single most frustrating exercise I've had to endure this year. Over almost two weeks, I've been sent from pillar to post, spent time and money calling these ******** daily to no avail. I've never been one to lose my temper but *****ing is unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere, your pocket and patience will thank you for it!
