Atrocious Service!!!
I have made a transfer of R320.00 to a Capitec bank account around 01h05am this morning. I paid and cleared the payment and was charged R7 for the immediate payment. The funds have not reached Capitec. I have contacted them numerous time and was given ref no without an accurate turnaround time. TYMEBANK.... I REALLY NEED MY MONEY TODAY!!!!

21 May 2024, 12:05Still no feedback from Tymebank, I have called them this morning and call was answered by a consultant named Mpho who put my call on mute as soon as she heard my query.
