ATM ISSUES
Today I had in issue with withdrawing my money from a Capitec ATM , while trying to withdraw money from Capitec ATM it report that the money came out of my account however the money didn’t come out the ATM, Capitec said I should contact TymeBank which I did and they telling me it’s going to take 40 working days to review the issue , which is a huge loss to me because it was an amount of R3030

20 Aug 2026, 21:02Hi, My issue was resolved today and I was able to get my money back, Tymebanks support chat was able to assist faster that they had mentioned , they advised that that it will take up to 40 business day but they were able to assist me in two days….. I’m very happy with their services
