At first i waited close to an30-45 mins waiting to get helped but all the "customer service specialist" didn't even bother to help until one man, Emmanuel Matidza stepped in...had been truly helpful and even gave me advices on what to do if other problems i was facing persist or others come along...Now, HE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.🫡A true legend and a leader
