My account was accessed and used to buy 1voucher *****ulently. When i tried to log in i was notified that my phone has been linked to another phone thus i couldn't access it. Even though i couldn't get through time bank due to high call volume i called them again the following morning. I spoke to a lady called Maria, she was helpful, kind and very professional at all times. She assured me that the matter will take 5 working days to resolve however to my suprise i received a message the next day that the matter has been resolved and Tymebank will refund me within 5 working days.
