Arrogant and unhelpful TymeBank agent

I've been to the TymeBank stand at Pick n Pay Liberty mall in Pietermaritzburg, I've opened an account with the lady at kiosk... however when I went back to find out something she was absolutely rude and arrogant..she only wanted the business that's it... She started shouting when I asked to speak to her supervisor and told the ladies at the store they must not give her name as she's not interested in what I have to say ... what kind of service is that and what sort of people to TymeBank hire....I want to cancel my account ASAP. Please resolve this issue before I take further action
