Are Tyme bank going bankrupt - is your money safe ?
I haven't been able to draw a balance via WhatsApp for 2 day. I attempted to login to my account and get an error message even though I am using the correct login details. I call the 'service' (SIC) helpline and the person advises me they are in the process of discontinuing the WA balance system so that accounts for the issue. I have never received any notification to this effect. It is simply being unilaterally stopped and clients have not been apprised. Then the person cannot tell me what the issue is with my login but assures me someone will call me in TWO days to resolve. Say, WHAT ?! I cannot possibly use such a bank going forward. Are they going into bankruptcy ? What is happening ? I now have to open a new bank account and change my profiles so that people no longer pay into this account as who knows what is happening and how can such a system be trusted ?!

WTAF?! I have no such thing as your useless 'service' person simply said I will be called back TWO days later.
I called yesterday at 11H24 and was on the phone, my CELL for TEN minutes 22 seconds - I emailed from my registered email address at 08H04 also yesterday 08H04 and got the response that the mailbox is full hence my wasting my cell credit and calling - pointless exercise and I then tried posting on FB and the response I got was LUDICROUSLY overwhelming - one was that I should call the helpline - EVEN THOUGH I STATED I HAD CALLED IT and the other was a laughable @Good day. Were you able to get assistance? Tymebank team@ - INSANE - no wonder Tyme's rating on Hello Peter is ONE (Note - one cannot rate a 0 or it would be that)
