Appalling Service from Tyme Bank

CAN SOMEONE FROM TYME BANK PLEASE CALL ME!! I have called everyday for the past five days, I have been either cut-off or put on hold. I have requested to be called back, I have requested contact details of a senior person who can assist... Still nothing!! My account has been placed on hold, after using it for over a year. I'm unable to transact or access funds!! This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced in the banking industry. Tauriq Keraan, please improve the service provided at your bank. I am now spending money to call Tyme bank, only to hold for hours... Will the amount of money I'm spending to call Tyme bank be reimbursed?
