Appalling service and they won't let me close my account.

I am warning you, never bank with them; it's the equivalent of selling your soul to the ****ing devil. I've tired several times, to no avail to close my account and I've been sent from pillar to post. The staff is extremely *********** and doesn't seem to actually know rager procedures or how different processes work. This is my last straw and if this fails I'll seriously look into what a do a legal grandeur. Save yourself time and energy. You're better off hiding your money under your mattress.
