Absolutely appalling attitude from Pick n Pay Umlazi Mega City agent. Rude young man who he no time to explain to a prospect customer how the bank works and how I could deposit money for a Tymebank account holder. I was told to just "go deposit the money and stop making a fuss and asking questions."

Please train your agents to better explain rather than getting frustrated
