***** and unhelpful agent

I had money taken out my account out of panick I called tymebank and to my sad reality they hungup on me they promised to open ***** case and nothing has been done. That girl said she will close my card but i don't know what should i do cause no further communication was made she literally hangup cause ideas asking questions. Their whatsapp is not working.
