***** and poor service

Someone opened a TymeBank Account *****ulently on my Mothers identity We logged a query on the 24th of July with TymeBank after coming to a realization that someone claimed money (TAX RETURNS) on her identity from SARS *****ulently using Tymebank **** bank account supposedly belonging to My Mother (she is 61 years Old)

We were then advised by one of the TymeBank ***** agents to open a case with SAPS and forward it to TymeBank ***** department together with her ID documents. Which we did the 25th of July. We have since had no communication regarding this matter up until today. no update whatsoever

My Mother was scheduled to visit SARS offices yesterday on the 12th of August to register a formal ***** case relating to the ******* SARS returns claim. the payment was made to TymeBank account that does not belong to her which is the same Tymebank account in question.

She could not proceed because Tymebank hasn't issued a letter confirming that the account is not hers and that it was opened *****ulently.

This is completely unacceptable and damaging to My mother's identity. We have sent all prove needed and made all necessary phone calls to cooperate but no one seems to take this as a matter of agency. As we speak there has been another attempt of someone trying to claim money from SARS using this tymeBank account details

Please can someone attend to this urgent. I have asked the call center agents for an email or contact where I could lodge my complain I was not given any contact nor way forward to this. We held on the phone for 30 mins before we could get someone to speak to us, little did we know that he could not help us nor give us an indication of how long we should wait for a confirmation letter stating that, this account was opened *****ulently. this is week no 3 without help. I don't understand why the government is still allowing this bank to operate when there is so much complains and no service given as well as easy access to *****. this is really serious.
