**** ALERT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS BANK, BAD BAD SERVICE. HAD R4500 DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT *****ULENTLY AND WAS PROMISED FEEDBACK BEFORE 27 JAN, STILL TODAY WHEN I FOLLOW UP, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND THEY HUNG UP MY CALLS! R4500 GONE, **** BANK! DO NOT REGISTER TO THIS BANK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY LAWYERS AND OBUDSMAN.

I have had a R45000 *****ulent transaction impersonating a legitimate service provider going off my account within a matter of minutes. No help or explanation will be taking the case to the banking ombudsman.
