After enormous problems trying to get another card issued, I eventually gave up. The other day someone did an EFT to my TYMEBANK account, after I had not given my new banking details. I very surprisingly got an SMS informing that an EFT was made to my account. This is all after the kiosk always says my account is inactive, suspended, needs updating and other reasons for NOT issuing me with a new card. I am HIGHLY agrivated with TYMEBANK. If Elaine Joy Cloete, who is senior staff in Rosebank, was not such a LAZY, HIGHLY OPINIONATED and unhelpful staff member with TYMEBANK. I would let her deal with my problem. She is a WORTHLESS addition to the staff quota at that bank. In fact, all the staff in the Call Center are equally useless. In any case they are probably working from a center in India or other far place, where they can't help from in any case. TYMEBANK is useless. I advise any potential client to look elsewhere.
