After 11 days of numerous emails, instagram inboxes and WhatsApp messages to Tymebank I finally received a call today. I had a great experience with my agent today Portia Sekhula. She was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile by offering to monitor my account and close it once the balance is cleared. It’s a relief to have someone handle the follow-up so I don’t have to.
