Ever since my account was on debit hold was informed that I will be contacted by the tavern 4th Of August 2024 which I then waited and I wad never contacted I then wrote on the whatsapp with no response for over 3weeks now I wrote many emails but never got response for about more than 3weeks now. I really don't know what to do really, I have funds available in my personal account bur can't access my funds, my account is on debit hold with funds in my account. Please tymebank advice.
