Account on hold for no reason

For months now I can't access my money from tymebank. I enquired at first when I noticed that my account was on hold and the agent said it's on hold because of FICA I just need to update it. I did that but go no help. After countless calls I'm being told that my account is reported for ***** , what's surprising is that the money reported for ***** is the same money I deposited in the bank before I noticed that it's on hold. This bank is taking me for a ride because it's different stories everyday. Just open my account let me take my money and move to another bank. I'd never recommend this bank to anyone
