Account on hold

My name is Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, ID number ***, wish to state that I have an account with Tyme Bank, which has been on operation since I open an account, but to my suprise today I find that my account is on hold for the reasons not known to me as an account holder. I have called the bank but they are telling me that they will come back to me on or before the 20th of November 2023, of which to me is unfair and unjust, they suppose to tell me today why my account is on hold, I'm self employed and I'm using the same account to run my businesses, now I can't wait for five days for them to respond, please help me with this problem I think the bank is taking advantage of me, I believe I have the right to know what's happening with my account.
