Account on Hold 😡

I have been emailing TymeBank for the past few months now asking them to unlock my account,. For the past two weeks and I’ve been getting automated replies . Yesterday I need to use the money in my account but I couldn't access it because the staff at Tymebank is not doing anything to resolve my issue. Can you please assist
