Account on hold

I am an unemployed single mother of 2 kids I have app**** for sassa 350 with this account the 350 is my last hope to send out my CVS so that I can be able to support myself and my kids. I once found an online job on Facebook I did their task after receiving the money my account was put on hold. Please help me unlock my account.. My sassa has been approved for 2 months now but I can't access it because of the bank.
