Account on hold

My account has been held from doing transactions because they there is a certain amount which was reported from my other bank account account which is Capitec bank, but it got reviewed and my funds were released from that Capitec bank and now my money in that Tymebank account is still on hold.I have proof of those payments. I just want them to release my money and they can block their account, I don't want to use Tymebank anymore
