Account locked

I'm not happy with Tymebank service they locked my account without my knowledge or asking me about transactions made via my account. And now they requested me to submit affidavit and proof that the money I received was for what and what did I do with it. Of which I did provide them with the documents. But till today there's no feedback.

What's bothers me the most is that in my account I have money for my kids uniform that I need to use it ASAP. They told me they will open my account once they heard my side of story. But now nothing.

I won't recommend this bank to anyone it useless
