Account Frozen with my money that till now I can’t have access to. All documents send to tymebank as they were require from me
Hi am still waiting on my account that Tym bank freezed or block to be open . Tymebank doesn’t take us serious as customers they don’t even keep their words on contacting the client since I waiting for them to call me nothing. I will take this matter to the ombudsman I want to believe that I have given them enough time to sort this matter . Unhappy , angry and frustrated client .
