Account frozen

Capitec has frozen my Account without doing a proper investigation ,I received a money from my daughter for her brother school fees on the 5th of July . I only find out that my account is not working when I try to buy electricity and withdraw money to go to the doctor and I want my account to be opened i use it to receive my grant and money from my daughter.
